What is a live station at an event?

A staffed activity counter at your event. Guests walk up, make their own candle or reed diffuser with our facilitators, and leave with it. It runs alongside the main programme, which is why event planners call it a fringe activity.

Which live stations can we book?

The Live Candle Bar, where guests choose a fragrance, toppings and a personalised label, and the Live Diffuser Bar, where they blend their own reed diffuser scent.

How many guests can a live station handle?

Our stations have hosted more than 500 guests at a single event, and work for groups of any size. For bigger crowds we run several stations side by side.

Can the station carry our brand?

Yes. Labels, packaging, bottles and gift boxes can carry your brand and your event theme.

Where can you set up?

Anywhere in Singapore: conventions, galas, product launches, hotel and hospitality events, Christmas events and markets such as Artbox. We bring everything and handle setup and teardown.
